You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the 499bdt platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 499bdt takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to or to have been accessed by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawal requests cancelled, and any deposited balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

To access real-money services on 499bdt, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 499bdt will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You are required to keep your account details up to date at all times. If your contact information, payment method, or residential address changes, you must update your account profile promptly. 499bdt cannot be held responsible for service disruptions, failed withdrawals, or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 499bdt may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts once the inactivity threshold is reached, provided the account balance is sufficient. You will be notified at the email address on file before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived after the notification period.
499bdt operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before your first withdrawal can be processed — and at any time thereafter when required for compliance purposes — you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
Documents must be clear, legible, unaltered, and submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. 499bdt will process KYC submissions within two business days of receiving a complete document set. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for additional information.
499bdt accepts deposits via the following channels in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard and may be adjusted from time to time.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 499bdt wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to appear in your balance during standard banking hours. 499bdt does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 499bdt account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
499bdt reserves the right to conduct a security and compliance review before processing any withdrawal request. Such reviews are typically completed within 24 hours. During the review period, the relevant funds are placed on hold. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required to complete the review.
All transactions on the 499bdt platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. Players using payment services that internally convert currency do so entirely at their own cost and risk; 499bdt bears no responsibility for exchange losses or conversion fees applied by third-party providers.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the 499bdt platform are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — and any winnings derived from them — can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds. Bonus funds do not contribute to the wagering requirement of other bonuses.
Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, engaging in low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other accounts to abuse promotional offers will have their bonus balance voided, any resulting withdrawals reversed, and may have their account suspended. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at 499bdt's sole discretion on the basis of betting pattern analysis.
All bonus funds carry an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds not wagered before the expiry date and time (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) will be automatically removed from your account without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
All sports bets placed on 499bdt are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market in question, as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.
A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. 499bdt reserves the right to void or refuse any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed error. Where a bet is voided post-acceptance, the staked amount will be returned to the player's wallet in full.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match at 499bdt's discretion, particularly around significant game events such as wickets, boundaries, goals, or video reviews. Any bet submitted during a suspension period will be voided. Bets accepted immediately before a known event that materially changes the odds may also be reviewed for integrity purposes.
Single-event and accumulator payout caps apply to all sports betting markets. Maximum payout limits per event and per sport are displayed in the Sportsbook Rules section. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout cap will be reduced to the applicable limit without further notice.
Bet settlement is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where an official result is delayed, bets will remain open until an official declaration is made. In the case of match abandonment or void events, applicable bets will be settled according to sport-specific void rules.
All slot games and RNG-based table games available on 499bdt use software certified by independent testing laboratories for randomness and fairness. The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel. RTP is a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

In the event of a software malfunction, server error, or telecommunications failure that causes a game round to be incomplete or incorrectly settled, 499bdt reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount. Minimum and maximum stake limits per game are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game type, provider, and the player's account tier. 499bdt reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts or across the platform at any time.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499bdt platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:
499bdt reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; KYC non-compliance; or any other activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 499bdt support via live chat or email. Closure requests are processed within one business day. Any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
If an account is closed while wagers are still pending settlement, those wagers will be settled according to normal rules and any resulting real-money winnings will be paid out to the player's verified payment method. This clause does not apply where the account is suspended for fraud or breach of these Terms, in which case all pending wagers may be voided.
